A couple of notes:

The original image needs to be a large image in order for the "4 pager" not to pixelate. I have found that the image needs to be a minimum of about 1000 x 1500 pixels or 1500 by 1000 pixels in order for the result to be decent.

If your original image is not of that size, sometimes there some tricks that will allow you to get it saved in a larger version so you can use the larger version.
