Now that we can, finally, embed other websites into the New Google Sites, the possibilities for the use of Google Sites seems limitless!
I've created 5 sites to date that might be useful to you. These can be used whole class or in small groups with a Chromebook for each group.
Warm Up 1: https://sites.google.com/view/warmup1 Flip a coin to determine 1 dice or 2, then roll the die/dice to determine the activity to do. Start the timer (20, 30, or 45 seconds and go!)
Yoga/Activity Dice Warm Up (with Rebecca Meyer):
https://sites.google.com/view/yogadice
This is the same as above, except with Yoga replacing some of the activities.
Warm Up 2: https://sites.google.com/view/warmup2 Spin the spinner to determine the activity, then spin to determine the number of reps. Click the link to the activity to show the students what it should look like!
Rock, Paper, Scissors Warm Up - derived from an idea from Kevin Tiller:
https://sites.google.com/view/rock-paper-scissors Students can play Rock, Paper, Scissors against the computer and, based on the result (win, lose or tie) they perform the activity shown for 30 seconds (timer included). You could have one student play against the computer to determine whole class activity, or you can have each student play themselves and do the respective activity. SO fun!! This activity idea comes from Kevin Tiller (@physedreview).
Warm Up 3:

Another like Warm Up 1 put together by William Bode (@BodePE).
These activities can be used to address this SHAPE National Standard and the corresponding GLOs:
Standard 3: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness.
6th Grade GLO: Describes the role of warm-ups and cool-downs before and after physical activity. (S3.M12.6)
7th Grade GLO: Designs a warm-up/cool-down regimen for a self-selected physical activity. (S3.M12.7)
