I converted the Periodic Table into a pretty sweet Slides format. Here are the 3 available versions:
Slides format (Be patient for it to load, as there are over 80 videos to load. Once loaded, it's speedy!) This is the link to the presentation itself: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1VcJN-b2DNpzB5GurYzwukQuAw0zYA198_kM7YfaYtbo/edit#slide=id.p in case you want to make a copy.
Webpage format for schools that block YouTube: https://www.cbhpe.org/periodic-table

SO many ways to use. Just let your creativity do it's magic. Each exercise is linked to a video showing your students the how.
Students can create their own workouts choosing from easy to insane and from each of the groups of cardio, core, legs, back, chest and arms. There are endless possibilities for utilizing with students. Whole class, sure! Share the link in Google Classroom as an announcement and let them experiment? Awesome!
Want to use the videos your own way? Here's a folder with all of the videos: goo.gl/WKC1Mn
Perhaps you ask your students in small groups to find 5 exercises in the table that they didn't know before and put them together into a "routine". They could, when finished, connect with another group and teach their routine to that group.
Another option would be to use the Periodic Table as a station. When students get to the station, they choose at least "x" exercises from the table to do. There can't be any excuses that they don't know how, since they can view each.
Perhaps they randomly pick the exercise by closing their eyes and pointing to the table.
If you have more ideas of ways to use this terrific resource, please share!
