You can share it with students via Google Classroom as "Make a copy for each student" and they can simply click on the QR codes (which are linked) to access each video. Be sure to have the chromebooks in a separate location from the ropes to avoid damage.

Or, you can print and place the file or pages of the file at different stations where students can use the QR scanner on their Chromebook to scan each skill to access the video.

Lastly, you could cut the paper into strips and have students randomly draw skills and use the QR code reader to play the video. This could be done in small groups so that you can put devices in a safe place (such as on the stage) while attempting the skill.
